With a bun on your head, baby in arms, and your 3x reheated coffee in hand, let’s talk about the real postpartum shit.
Join me in The Cultivate Crew where you’ll learn tools that aid in a quick circuit shift along with lifelong strategies that extend beyond the immediate postpartum period.
Together, we’re building the village.

Constantly exhausted due to the erratic sleep patterns of your newborn, leaving you barely making it to work calls with your hair in a bun feeling like you’ll never have your shit together?
Overwhelmed trying to decipher your baby's cues, from decoding cries to figuring out feeding schedules and distinguishing between hunger, fatigue, or discomfort.
Physical discomfort during the postpartum recovery process, ranging from soreness to stitches and hormonal fluctuations, finding yourself “rage caging” your husband over a fork left in the sink.
Overwhelmed, and even crying as you rock your baby back to sleep at 1am mourning the loss of self that would either be off in dreamland or just getting home from a night out with friends?
That you struggle to find time for yourself and keep up with household chores amid the demanding schedule of caring for your infant? Shoutout to dry shampoo and the Roomba® - the real #MVPs
Inadequate as you aimlessly scroll your feed while pumping at night wondering how these other moms manage to have matching outfits with their “minis” while wearing a face full of makeup when you’re just praying to go one day without doing blowout laundry and spit up now classifies as your main accessory.
The sleepless nights and the intense focus on childcare strained your relationship, leading to feelings of resentment and off-handed comments either to or from your partner?
Pressured by society's unrealistic expectations to quickly regain your pre-pregnancy body? Leading to endless online carts filled with supplements and creams that just sit in your cabinet after not working.
I support expecting moms with preparing for their 4th trimester so they can best care for their little ones without compromising their sleep, sanity, and self-identity.
Unlike other postpartum coaches, I’m not going to just give you a 12-week plan and send you on your way. I’m also not going to teach you to start your day before your little ones and expect that to solve all of your problems. Because let’s be real, just when we think we know their schedule it changes and we need our sleep just as much as they do!
Let's face it: Having and raising kiddos is not what it was when we were growing up. And taking advice from older generations can be challenging when our resources are very different from their's were.
Motherhood isn't meant to be done alone.
I support expecting mamas with planning for the transition to life after birth
following the Core Care Cultivate methodology.
With almost a decade of experience working in the wellness industry, and a fellow mama myself, I am committed to being at the forefront of holistic ways to address postpartum.
