The #1 complaint I hear from mamas is that they’re anxious and overwhelmed. Most attribute this to being postpartum and try to endure it until the phase is "over", but I believe that we’re forever postpartum and the longer we wait to learn how to manage all that comes with motherhood, the longer we - ourselves, our babies, our families, and our communities - suffer.

Coaching for mothers who want postpartum support without the judgment, packing the diaper bag, or unrealistic advice.

With a bun on your head, baby in arms, and your 3x reheated coffee in hand, let’s talk about the real postpartum shit.

Join me in The Cultivate Crew where you’ll learn tools that aid in a quick circuit shift along with lifelong strategies that extend beyond the immediate postpartum period.

Together, we’re building the village.

As a mom of 3 I truly believe you can’t find a better community than what Chelsea has to offer!

-Michaela, mama of 3

Raise your hand if you've ever felt...

  • Constantly exhausted due to the erratic sleep patterns of your newborn, leaving you barely making it to work calls with your hair in a bun feeling like you’ll never have your shit together?

  • Overwhelmed trying to decipher your baby's cues, from decoding cries to figuring out feeding schedules and distinguishing between hunger, fatigue, or discomfort.

  • Physical discomfort during the postpartum recovery process, ranging from soreness to stitches and hormonal fluctuations, finding yourself “rage caging” your husband over a fork left in the sink.

  • Overwhelmed, and even crying as you rock your baby back to sleep at 1am mourning the loss of self that would either be off in dreamland or just getting home from a night out with friends?

  • That you struggle to find time for yourself and keep up with household chores amid the demanding schedule of caring for your infant? Shoutout to dry shampoo and the Roomba® - the real #MVPs

  • Inadequate as you aimlessly scroll your feed while pumping at night wondering how these other moms manage to have matching outfits with their “minis” while wearing a face full of makeup when you’re just praying to go one day without doing blowout laundry and spit up now classifies as your main accessory.

  • The sleepless nights and the intense focus on childcare strained your relationship, leading to feelings of resentment and off-handed comments either to or from your partner?

  • Pressured by society's unrealistic expectations to quickly regain your pre-pregnancy body? Leading to endless online carts filled with supplements and creams that just sit in your cabinet after not working.

Here's the thing, it's not your fault...

Ever since you came home from the hospital you’ve felt like you’ve needed 10 more people to just survive the day.

You should not be doing it alone.

You’ve heard once you get the all clear at your 6-week check up it’s time to lose the baby weight and there’s no excuse around “sexy time” but everyone left out you’d still be leaking through bra liners and only see tired eyes and baby hairs when looking in the mirror.

You are not the only one.

And don’t even get me started on how you should feel grateful that you still have a job after taking a 12-week “vacation” or are expected to desire the same career path that requires you to only see your baby off to childcare and before bed and doesn’t allow for any “classroom mom” or field trip sign ups.

You are not ungrateful.

And honestly, even if you have a sister, cousin, or friend who is postpartum, the reality hits you like a truck after years of Hollywood’s portrayal of motherhood. Not to mention the Women’s Health magazine covers or social media posts of Jenna Dewan, Kate Hudson, or Hilary Duff, showing their seemingly unaffected physique and announcement of yet another product line launch or "Blockbuster hit".

It's the lack of honest conversations about the ongoing challenges of postpartum contributes to the misconception that it's a temporary phase, setting you up to believe that you just have to endure it. And if you can’t manage the sleepless nights, bi-weekly calls for early daycare pickup during work, or nightly juggle between household chores and making time for yourself and your relationship - without feeling like you're going to losing your shit (at least) once a day, then you’re failing as a mom.

In fact, 85% of new moms feel blindsided by postpartum recovery.

But here’s the good news: there is a wave of women who are doing it differently!

Hi! It's me, Chelsea

INHC, WIFE, MAMA & PODCASTER

I support expecting moms with preparing for their 4th trimester so they can best care for their little ones without compromising their sleep, sanity, and self-identity.

Unlike other postpartum coaches, I’m not going to just give you a 12-week plan and send you on your way. I’m also not going to teach you to start your day before your little ones and expect that to solve all of your problems. Because let’s be real, just when we think we know their schedule it changes and we need our sleep just as much as they do!

Let's face it: Having and raising kiddos is not what it was when we were growing up. And taking advice from older generations can be challenging when our resources are very different from their's were.

Motherhood isn't meant to be done alone.

I support expecting mamas with planning for the transition to life after birth
following the Core Care Cultivate methodology.

With almost a decade of experience working in the wellness industry, and a fellow mama myself, I am committed to being at the forefront of holistic ways to address postpartum.

THE CULTIVATE CREW INCLUDES:

  • Postpartum Support

  • Quick-circuit mindset shifts and lifelong strategies that extend beyond the immediate postpartum period

  • A community of like-minded mamas

  • Daily access to a certified health coach who can provide personalized feedback and support

All so you can embrace motherhood without compromising yourself.

Navigating life postpartum is a journey...

I focus on 3 Key Areas:

SOME OF THE BIG AND SMALL QUESTIONS CLIENTS COME TO THE PROGRAM WITH ARE…

  • Will I ever be able to fall asleep without checking on my baby?

  • What are the best foods for postpartum recovery?

  • How do I tell my husband I need an extra hour of sleep?

  • What are the best exercises for postpartum?

  • Is 8 cups of water the actual amount of water I need per day?

  • Why do I crave space but struggle to step away?

  • Why does every little thing set me off?

  • Will my husband truly find me attractive again?

  • How tired should I actually feel?

  • Where is the "village" everyone talks about?

  • How much is "too" much coffee?

  • How do I set boundaries with work?

  • Will I ever find my groove?

  • How do I not feel guilty for scheduling childcare outside of work hours?

No matter how comfortable or uncomfortable the topic, I'm here to support you.

Chelsea is a natural support system for all moms!

She has the knowledge, the energy, and the compassion to speak to what new moms are experiencing.
